Brisas 14 is a two bedroom, two bath condo located right next to Manny's Beach Club in Mirador area. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath, the second bedroom also has a queen bed. There is a sofa sleeper in the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances and utensils. The Living room is comfortably furnished and has a wonderful view of the Sea of Cortez. Other amenities include fans in all rooms, central air and heat, TV with VCR/DVD, a fireplace (bring own wood or fire logs, charcoal BBQ (Bring own charcoal) and a one car garage. Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided. Owner requests no pets and no smoking. NO MORE THAN 6 PEOPLE. RENT 2 NIGHTS OR MORE AND GET ONE FREE FROM JAN 2ND TO END OF FEBRUARY AND JULY 8TH UNTIL AUGUST 30TH. NO SPRING BREAKERS ALLOW IN THIS UNIT. January, February, July and August rent 2 or more nights and get one free, except holidays.
